Saya ingin mengiklankan rumah homestay @ guest house @ rumah tumpangan @ rumah tamu ayah saya yang terletak di pusat bandar Kota Bharu.
Lokasi adalah berhampiran Hospital Besar Kota Bharu, Stadium, Maybank, CIMB, pasaraya the store, pantai timur, pasar besar siti khadijah & parkson. Jarak berjalan kaki sahaja ke pusat bandar.15 minit ke pantai cahaya bulan (PCB).Memang strategik & mudah untuk kemana-mana.
Ciri rumah adalah seperti berikut :-
- 2 Ruang tamu luas (tingkap bawah & atas)
- 3 bilik tidur. 3 tandas/bilik mandi.
- Aircond.
- Kelengkapan dapur.
- Boleh memuatkan 3 keluarga (15 - 20 orang) dengan selesa.
- Parking kereta berbumbung 2 - 3 kereta.
- TV, meja makan & sofa.
Harga istimewa RM200/sehari (Negotiable)
Kalau menginap banyak hari lagi lah of course negotiable =D
